Open Technologies at #F8
I was fortunate to be invited by David Recordon to be on the closing panel for the Open Technologies track at F8 2010. I, along with Luke Shepard, Naitik Shah, and Allen Tom chatted about OAuth 2.0, Open ID, and other open technologies. In my mind, the best part of this, was being able to get up and publicly talk about what makes a standard, how we philosophically believe that openness is best for the Internet and for developers, and how engineers from all our companies are working together to make this happen. We actually, did not talk that much about the Open Graph "Protocol". Hopefully there will be a video soon.
